Love that last few lines of dialogue. Such a good story and love the way it is developing

What a great job of making the reader feel like a silent member of the family. Your writing of thus story shows such great sensitivity. Any reader with children, siblings or intimate friends feels a part of the story. What an incredible talent!

Hi Chester, thank you for reading and commenting. I just mentioned to Martin on another chapter of KEJ about whether some early chapters were too spicy. Do you have any thought please?

I actually miss a little more of the spicy. Amazing how you make it all seem so natural, another testament to you writing skills. When they began their relationship more of the sexuality was dominant, it was also the primary tool used to "Educate" Jacob, thereby becoming the very cornerstone of their merger. Kate, I have to admit that I am completely smitten by your writing, short stories, series, and understand there is an ebb and flow but you never seem to loose the thread of the story. I do hope that didn't sound to obsequious. You write it dear, this fan will read it and if it's good, I mean really hot, I will use it as a bed time story.

Thank you Chester. It’s hard to know which way to go on long series. I think spicier might be possible. Writing for a Substack community is a lot different to a Medium audience largely because the latter is such a huge and fast moving content warehouse. Thank you so much for your insights and for support me

A tender, loving episode Kate, once again displaying your depth of knowledge. I had never heard of Masala Chai before. It sounds delicious. What a wonderful array of characters you have assembled Kate, all with their own histories, traits and secrets, many of which I’m sure have still to be revealed or perhaps have by now. I’m totally in awe of you, you know that by now. I can’t imagine how you keep on top of where each character is in their development in your plots. You’re a remarkable person.

Found and devoured 49 & 50! When Kate said Alicia would be running GD by the time she was a teenager I’d thought Alicia, because she’s got such a bright bulb, would be the one to take over the company one day. That Alicia and Jacob hit it off didn’t surprise me but Kate…I am pleasantly surprised by her gentle, nurturing ways with Alicia as well as her increasing love and respect for Jacob. Alicia cracks me up. “Yes, proper introductions must be made.” Because she’s 40 now? lol I love that she’s smarter than the average bear her age yet still a little girl that can be goofy. I don’t know how you’re going to be able to end this because, I think, too many of us that love your work will not be able to take it. lol Pretty intense stuff with the mom. While that struck a cord with me it was great because it’s so true in a lot of cases. Well done, as always!!

Hi Maria, thank you for a lovely comment. I think adding Alicia has lifted the story. I didn't want Kate Educates Jacob to become boring and that's why this week's Wake Up WIth Kate series is aligned with characters from the main plot, centered around Izzy, The Neighborhood Slut'. I believe KEJ can survive for years (it's almost at 52 episodes now) but it will only work if you and others keep enjoying it. If I err, I hope everyone in the community will let me know. Thank you for your kind support.

Keep it going! If you err? Worry not. You have done an amazing job keeping the storyline interesting as well as having the insight to add more characters so it never lags.
