Yea, Victor doesn’t love Hannah! I, I mean poor Hannah hanging on hoping for love. Ohhhh Kate, you are killing me with this one! lol I’m on pins and needles waiting for each chapter. When I get the notification that there’s a new one I drop what I’m doing and devour it! This is soooo good! I love how things are developing between Amy and Victor. Almost tip toeing around (I think) the inevitable. I really, really loved how Amy raked that rude, bitch mother over the coals. I’m glad Victor doesn’t kiss her ass either. Eviscerated and humiliated?! Fabulous way to describe the complete and total destruction of that old sea hag! lol Then Amy gave her chain one last yank by dropping her dress. Love that kid! lol while KEJ had not slipped my mind is so nice to have something this good to hold me over!
Charlotte got what she deserved I thought. I think this series has expanded my understanding of the challenges of surrogacy. Thank you for your support Maria. I thought it was important that Victor doesn’t take his mothers side too
She did and I loved it! Amy absolutely lambasted her! lol I’m also happy Victor is man enough to stand up to that rude, old bat! Besides, if he didn’t I could see a spitfire like Amy saying “I don’t want a wimp to father my child. If he, as a grown man, can’t stand up to her what chance would my child have with no one to protect him/her?” I was completely blown away when Amy was explaining the importance of her keeping certain things in mind (not making friends there) because I never realized it was so complicated. Not just get pregnant, hang out for 9 months, give birth and hand the baby over. I always assumed it was difficult to give up the life you carried in you but there is soooo much more to it! I’m developing a new respect for women that are strong enough to be a surrogate.
Hi Maria, you made a great point about Victor being a strong man. I hadn’t really considered that point buts very true that Amy would want a strong man.
So great to see other likewise inclined fans of Kate's amazing work. Not to mention the detail comments covering everything else important, job well done!
Great eroticism, great descriptive elements, great dialogue. This was a thrilling episode Kate. I love the way your characters hold their own against nasty, vindictive and spiteful people, while still being gentle and understanding with others. Superb yet again Kate. Thank you.
Hi martin, thank you so much for supporting me. Your comment is gratefully received. I thought adding some tension to this storyline, given it's obvious catalysing qualities would work. Some characters must behave badly, others may start that way and change but its a good setting for eroticism to thrive. Thank you again for your generosity.
What a disappointment that would have been. Handsome, great body, intelligent, rich, gentleman, hung like a horse with his lip prints all over his mother’s ass! Damn! He didn’t just say,” don’t be rude, mother” he told her to get out. Yes, you were spot in when you made him a manly man! 😊
Frankly her punctuation at the end of the conversation with his Mom was a stroke of genius, not to mention effectiveness. The reader could feel the tension in the room. When she becomes a full blown attorney, you do not want to be on the other side in a court room. Great character development! Conversations with her mentor/partner/lover continue to be almost as exciting as the physical interaction, almost. Great story Kate, like Maria, I hang on the next chapter!

Thank you Maria, I really love these characters as well
Tough Mama, well handled. Now the story opens the possibility of emotions entering the picture. More pleasant and comfortable hooks. Good.
Hi Bill I’m thrilled you enjoyed the story so far. More hooks to come
Excellent episode, starting to explore the emotional aspects of the relationship and I love the way she dealt with his mother.
Thank you Mike. The scene you refer to is one of my favourites ever

Thank you Chester. I’m loving Victor and Amy as well
Love how she handled the mother. I like her confidence and how self-assured she is.
I liked writing that scene as well. I guess it also adds to Amy’s credibility as a lawyer to be able to deal with situations so effectively
