Hi Reader, I am sorry to have missed yesterday. Thank you for all your kind wishes. I hope to get KEJ out by tonight and, hopefully, Piazza Bella, where we can all catch up on the exciting ride.

When I woke, the office lights were subdued except for a small desk lamp Victor used for a video call with a business colleague. My husband had shut his door and drawn heavy drapes across the immense panorama windows.
My husband was having a conversation I could barely hear, but as much as I tried not to listen in, I couldn’t help it.
I stretched and yawned as quietly as possible; Victor heard and glanced over, smiled lovingly, and then returned to his call. I heard mention of Dohjon Leong, but it sounded like a passing comment from my husband, who was fishing for information.
“Stay away from Dohjon for now, Victor. He is struggling with liquidity, and we have tighter controls being exercised by the Korean central bank around asset valuations. He can’t raise capital for his grand plan.”
“What’s his current interest?”
“Same as always. Dohjon wants to own all rare earth mineral mines on planet Earth and then squeeze the global market on price.”
“Governments won’t let him monopolize, especially since his target is a strategic resource.”
“He works with others, my friend. Dohjon is well-protected abroad, although not so much here. Our banks are displeased with him right now for the reasons I mentioned. That’s why he hasn’t been home to Korea for quite a while.”
